What inspires Senior Trainer Benjamin Hart most?
Benjamin Hart joined the Rainbow Tribe in 2015 when his world was forever changed in a Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training. Having worked with children and families since his first employment, it was a natural fusion of vibrations to combine his passion for the yogic lifestyle with the healing powers of play-based co-creation.
With Yoga Alliance designations as ERYT-200, RYT 500, RCYT, & YACEP, Benjamin is honoured to now be the Senior European Trainer for Rainbow Yoga, allowing him to connect with fellow super-humans across the globe who share his heart for compassionate wisdom. Benjamin is also an ongoing student and guide for Reiki Healing, Art Therapy, Ecstatic & Contact-Improv Dance, and Therapeutic Guided Imagery.
Here at Rainbow Yoga, we find Benjamins natural talent for healing while having fun to be so inspiring! So we asked Benjamin for more detail about what inspires him, and the gifts that he shares with the world. Here’s what he had to say:
Moments that have the flavour of being genuine, natural, vulnerable and curious. I hope to inspire those kinds of interactions with the people in my life that I see once, regularly, and every day. Especially in my classes! What a blast to shape and form the explorations of the present moment in a way that helps you to Love every breath.
I share my ‘bjAm perspective’ on the things that get me grooving, smiling, and humming on the inside. YogaDance, Guided Visualisations, Energy Body Explorations are the personal passions that find their way into my contributions to my community here in Paris, and all throughout the Rainbow Family across Europe!
As a practicing Urban Shaman, I host regular gatherings in Paris through my Namaste Adventures organisation which range from acrobatic workshops and weekly yoga classes to cacao ceremonies and week-long yoga retreats. I’m blessed to offer my practice to local Parisian schools, studios, private clients, and tourists passing through the City of Light.
Come and be inspired by the forever young at heart, Benjamin Hart!
