This 4-week series of FREE yoga and mindfulness workshops is designed to empower parents, educators, yoga teachers, and children with practical tools for mental health, emotional regulation, and coping skills. The sessions will be experiential and interactive, providing attendees with practical techniques they can integrate into their homes, schools, and communities to create a kinder, more connected world.

Participants can attend with or without their children.
You are welcome to attend all workshops or come to the ones that suite you best.

It's time to embrace stillness and share this gift of calm with your loved ones, schools, and communities.
Week 2: Emotional Regulation Through Movement

Unlock the healing power of movement as we explore yoga practices designed to release emotional tension and restore inner harmony. This workshop will show you how gentle flows, playful poses, and mindful movement can transform frustration, sadness, or anxiety into strength, joy, and resilience. Week 3: Building Connection & Communication

We’ll brainstorm ways to share these practices at home, school, and beyond, creating a powerful ripple effect of healing and kindness. Together, let’s build a culture of care that uplifts everyone and contributes to a brighter, more peaceful world.

Hi I signed up for this course but on the Sunshine Coast thought it would be in the morning but it’s 5.30-6.30pm at night. Sorry that means I would need to pay for accommodation every time I came down.
